Interesting and useful info, if you can sort it out. The grammar and sentence structure is atrocious, to the point that it interferes with the writer getting his point across to the reader. Have your book proofread!

To be honest, I was a bit cynical

I get a bit fed up with these books on simplicity because usually they are so simple that they are almost patronising. However, this one is not one of those ones, it's truly a goodie. There is a lot of succinct but practical advice and suggestions about how to really keep things simple. Real gems. Doable stuff. Inspiring too. Practical stuff to keep you focused and achieving but without the overwhelm. I thought I knew it all about the techniques to keep things simple, minimal, zen and all that jazz, but clearly I didn't. Perhaps after this book now I do.

Instead, Kate and Eddie invite us all to explore the deeper issues going on underneath the surface in order to create lasting changes.
